MSc. Forest Ecology and half a PhD – that’s my background in Nature. Even though I left science a strong sentiment towards environment remained an important part of my life. Psychology tells us that the same patterns show in all our relationships. You cannot be attentive and kind to your family and a brute to your working colleagues. In this sense, I think ones attitude to Nature tells a lot about a person. The further we develop our understanding of Nature the more kind and perceptive it makes us to our fellow-humans.
I think Nature can help us grow healthier, reduce stress and build better relationships. Isn’t it what happiness is all about?
